Nutrien Ag Solutions is Proud to Announce its Sustainable Success Champion and High Yield Winners in Canada

Nutrien Ag Solutions’ Sustainable Success Champions are awarded for successfully implementing sustainable agriculture practices during the 2024 growing season, and High Yield winners are awarded based on their total harvest yields in that season.

Loveland, CO (March 6, 2025) - Nutrien Ag Solutions® is excited to announce the Canadian winner of its 2024 Sustainable Success Champion program and acknowledge grower customers who placed in the company's Proven® Seed High-Yield contest.

Sustainable Success Champions Program

The Sustainable Success Champions program, launched in 2022, is run by Nutrien Ag Solutions to recognize and reward growers and crop consultants who are leading the implementation, education, and advancement of more sustainable solutions (nitrogen management, cover crops, and reduced tillage).

"We went into launching the Sustainable Success Champions program to raise awareness of the relationship between crop consultants and growers, the work that they do throughout the year together, and the everyday efforts they put in to make more sustainable ag practice adoptions," says Dr. Sally Flis, Director, Sustainable Ag Programs. "It takes time and patience to implement more sustainable ag practices and capture accurate field data. We are excited to have the opportunity to recognize another year of Sustainable Success Champions for their work during the 2024 growing season."

Proven Seed High-Yield Contest

During 2024, growers with crops grown from the Proven Seed's portfolio were eligible to participate in yield contests run by Nutrien Ag Solutions. The Proven Seed High-Yield contest recognizes growers in four categories: Canola Yield, Grain Corn, Silage Corn, and Percent over Expected Yield by Province Soil Zone.

"Choosing seed is the first important decision of any growing season, and we know there are lots of choices in the market to consider," says Rob Dunlop, Vice President of North America Seed. "We appreciate and celebrate the accomplishments of our high yielders and thank you for choosing Proven Seed for your season. We are looking forward to the continued advancement of our varieties and to seeing this year's yield entries."

Growers selected as a 2024 Sustainable Success Champion and High Yield award winner received a paid trip to this year's Commodity Classic tradeshow in Denver, CO, and were recognized alongside their crop consultants at events held by Nutrien Ag Solutions.

"Congratulations to our Sustainable Success Champions and High Yield award winners on these great accomplishments," says Rob Clayton, Senior Vice President of North American Retail. "At Nutrien Ag Solutions, we pride ourselves on the trusted relationship between growers and their crop consultants. When our customers succeed, we succeed, so our team takes great pride in being able to honor the achievements of our growers and crop consultants."
